The first deployment, my hubby left a few months after we had our first baby, and I spent the deployment losing all my baby weight, so I opted for something that showed off my hard work. Fitted jeans, fitted spaghetti strap, and strappy heels! The second deployment, I did more of the "vintage bombshell"...and of course heels...my motto..."if the outfits not working, just throw on some heels." It's a win win!
When Kyle came home I opted to not wear a dress. It was in November and I did skinny jeans, boots and a sweater. I was so much more comfortable. :)
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I'm sure the weather will ultimately determine what I wear, but it's always fun to play virtual dress-up! ;)
DeleteMine is months and months away and I already am worried that I have no idea what I'm going to wear!!
ReplyDeleteYou know that's why deployment is so long...so you have enough time to shop for the homecoming outfit! ;)
DeleteCan't say I wore anything this fancy. It was December in NC, so I wore a 3/4 length sleeve knit dress with flats.
ReplyDeleteCUTE! You're right...probably better to dress for the season haha! I'm getting carried away! ;)
